What’s a credit?
A credit is one unit of generation work. Bigger jobs cost more credits, and the exact cost is always shown before you run anything. No surprises on your bill.
A Refresh bundles several steps: a Photo Refresh is 8 credits, a Full Refresh (a third scene, the model shot, and the video) is 12–15 by category, and 3D adds +10. If any step fails, its credits come straight back automatically.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial. Install Imagefall, get the full store audit, and run one Photo Refresh on your own product, with no card and no credits needed. When you subscribe, billing starts that day through Shopify and your monthly credits land immediately. Cancel any time in Shopify; anything you already applied to your store stays there.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits roll over for one month. For example, if you finish a month on Growth with 150 credits left, you'll start the next month with 550 (150 rolled over + 400 new). Rolled-over credits that go unused a second month expire.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Generation pauses until your next monthly allowance arrives. Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Your audit, Visual Performance Score, and everything already applied to your store keep working. You can buy a one-time credit pack in the app, or upgrade to a larger plan at any point, effective immediately.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
When you uninstall, Shopify sends us a data-erasure request and we delete your stored product images, generated assets, and store metadata in line with GDPR requirements. Assets you already applied to your store are yours and stay on your Shopify listings.
How do you handle AI disclosure?
Honestly. AI-generated imagery is labeled inside the app, you review every asset before it touches your store, and on-model shots come with an optional disclosure setting (on by default) that marks synthetic models in the image alt text. You stay in control of what your customers see.
What does the 3D beta include?
On Growth and Scale, you can generate a 3D model (GLB) of a product for 12 credits standalone, or add it to a Full Refresh for 10, and apply it to your Shopify product page, where it powers the native 3D viewer and AR view on phones. It works best for rigid products like mugs, bottles, shoes, and furniture, and is not recommended for clothing. As a beta, quality can vary; failed generations are automatically refunded.
What's your refund policy?
If a generation step fails, its credits are refunded automatically, so you only pay for what was delivered. Subscription charges are billed through Shopify; if something went wrong with a charge, contact support and we'll make it right.
Can I use Imagefall across multiple stores or for clients?
Each Shopify store needs its own subscription, since billing runs through Shopify per store. Agencies managing several client stores can install Imagefall on each one. If you're running many stores, contact support and we'll help you pick the right setup.
